You Spoke Up, We Listened – Details Inside!

About 3-4 weeks back we sent out what I call an “opinion” campaign to get feedback from you and the rest of our customers.
I always ask how we can do better.
The feedback given was VERY helpful. We had some amazing things said about how our progress is going and we got some negative stuff. Mainly about our food consistency.
We decided to have Stephanie, my business partner, and Tre, our head cook, come up to IL and work for 3 full days with our head cook Aldo.
Well…. it was probably one of the most important decisions we made because we found out that a good amount of the recipes / ways we prep etc were not exactly how they were done here.
Not Tre’s fault, not Stephanie’s fault. Our previous head cook apparently didn’t teach / follow what he learned in IL while he was here for 2 weeks before we opened. Lesson learned on my end, anytime a new KM takes over, get them in our IL kitchen to be 100% confident moving forward!
With all that said, you’re going to see a big difference in the taste and presentation of everything on our menu, especially Taco Tuesday, which is yes, today!

Korean Tacos… my favorite and I can guarantee you, the flavor now will be better than ever before…… because now they’ll be marinated correctly and cooked to perfection 🙂

This Wednesday we don’t have any entertainment but will have all our regular Wed specials running.
